Shipping & Returns

• $34.00 for Next Day only to the lower 48 United States
• $19.00 for 2 Day only to the lower 48 United States
• $16.00 for 3 Day only to the lower 48 United States
• $0.00 for UPS Ground only to the lower 48 United States
• $21.00 USPS Postal Priority to Canada and APO/FPO Orders
• $21.00 UPS Ground only to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
• Add $3.00 for each additional item.
• Add $6.00 for each Players' Package.   
• NV orders will be charged an additional 8.1% sales tax.
• Your order will ship same day if it is placed Monday - Friday before 3 pm PST. If placed after 3 pm PST, it will be shipped on the next business day.
• The day the order ships does not count as a shipping day. Saturday and Sunday does not count as a shipping day or a Delivery Day. Orders with Next Day Shipping that ship on friday will be delivered on Monday.
• We can not ship UPS to a P.O.Box. Has to be a physical address.
• Any customer who changes the shipping address with UPS after the package has been shipped will be charged an additional fee of $10.00.

"Returns"
Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and still in the original packaging. Refunds will be minus the shipping charges and subject to our Credits policy. Call Kelly's first to set up the return.

"Credits"
Any and all credits incur a 10% bank fee of the total credit. This applies, but isn't limited; to refunds on returned items, credits on balances due for exchanged items and orders cancelled after 3:00 p.m. PST of the purchase date. This policy is not subject to negotiation.

"Exchanges"
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping in both directions. Call Kelly's first to set up the exchange.

Due to a Kelly's Sports shipping mistake: If you receive any incorrect merchandise, contact Kelly's immediately so that we can send you the correct merchandise along with a call tag that you will use to return the incorrect merchandise to Kelly's. If after a reasonable time (7-10 days) has gone by since you recieved the call tag and you do not return the merchandise, we will attempt to contact you by phone and or e-mail, to remind you that you owe us merchandise, and there is no response from you, then Kelly's sports reserves the right to charge your credit card for the product you decided to keep.
