DESCRIPTION:
Don't have the time or resources to break in your bat before your first game, then let the professionals do it for you. We will break in your bat by hitting 100 softballs that are pitched from a pitching machine. The balls will be pitched at regular slo pitch speed with an arc of 6 TO 8 ft. We will rotate the bat 1/4 inch turn after every hit so the entire barrel breaks in evenly. The Factory shrink wrap paper will be left on the bat during the break in process. This will not void your warranty like rolling your bat in a machine would. For Slow Pitch and Fastpitch Softball Bats the Softball used will be a 12 inch Dudley Thunder 44 core 400 compression.
For Baseball Bats the ball used will be the Rawlings Senior Little League Leather Baseballs.

The $20 fee is for just 1 bat. If you order more then 1 bat at a time then you will need to make sure to adjust the quanity to match how many bats you have in the order.
This service is only for brand new bats bought directly from Kelly's Sports. We will not allow you to send in a bat that you bought somewhere else for this service.

The sale on any bat from Kelly's Ultimate Sports to you requiring the Bat BreaK in Service is Final. The regular Return or Exchange 30 day from purchase day policy DOES NOT apply once you purchase the Bat Break In Service.

Hi Mike, I received my bat last week and only had an opportunity to swing it a few times but those few swings made me very happy. Immediately the first few balls jumped off the bat with loud cracks and distance which grabbed the attention of the guys in my dug out. I don't hit a lot of long HR's but I hit one that first night that caught the attention of the umpire who asked to see the bat afterwards to ensure it was an ASA approved bat. Even after the game was over a couple of guys from the opposing team came to me and wanted to know what I was swinging and where they could get one. I can't wait to get more swings and see what it can do once it is fully broke in. I also wanted to say thanks for your break in service, I believe it had a lot to do with the bats immediate distance out of the wrapper.

I signed up for the Home Run Derby and was smashing 400 foot bombs like I was shooting balls from a cannon.
